LUGPA Onsite

Can’t leave your practice to travel to a meeting?

Meeting dates don’t work with your schedule?

Bring the meeting to you with

LUGPAOnsite is your group’s unique, practice-specific, informational meeting delivered to your home practice location at absolutely no cost to your group.

LUGPAOnsite will offer convenient, customized, in-office guidance and solutions focused to support your practice’s needs.

Our post-meeting survey results suggest that LUGPA members seek individualized business and clinical educational programs to help better identify their practices’ specific needs to establish advanced GU cancer care clinics of excellence. LUGPA has responded to this feedback by creating LUGPAOnsite.

LUGPAOnsite allows LUGPA member practices to collaborate with clinical and business experts, brought to you onsite, in order to design practice-specific solutions, ensuring that your practice goals are achieved.

LUGPAOnsite educational sessions,* for participating member practices, should include all key stakeholders: physicians, nurses, and administrators, who then can discuss and create action plans addressing the top issues affecting their practice including:
  • Group culture and decision making
  • Expanding service lines
  • Optimizing physician compensation
  • Expanding the roles of APPs to improve clinic workflow
  • Physician and administrator leadership development
  • Optimizing your group purchasing arrangements
  • Other topics specific to your group’s needs
These topics will be reviewed as well as state-of-the-art presentations on Prostate Cancer, Bladder, Kidney and evaluation and management, specifically addressing the goals for establishing an advanced GU cancer clinic of excellence or taking your existing advanced GU cancer clinic to the next level.
