Women’s Urologic Health Alliance Program: Adapting to the Modern Workforce featuring Mara Holton, MD, Kari Bailey, MD and Katie Desiderio, MBA, PhD will be presented twice in the afternoon of Friday November 15, 2024 at the LUGPA Annual Meeting

Discussion will focus on how to communicate with, hire, and retain providers in the evolving work force. The demographics of urologist has changed and we need to learn how to change with it. Please join the Women’s Urologic Health Alliance as we converse with Katie Desidario, an expert in management and communication strategies.

Objectives of this session include:

  • Review components of the changing workforce and unique challenges it presents. 
  • Discuss strategies for hiring and retaining new urologists.
  • Review key aspects of a parental leave policy. Discuss effective workplace communication.
